    Semi-private clients receive a personalized workout program and share an hour training session with 2-3 other clients.

    Monday: 3PM - 7PM

    Tuesday: 5AM - 10AM

    Wednesday: 12PM - 2PM | 4PM - 7PM

    Thursday: 5AM - 10AM

    Friday: 7AM - 11AM

    Saturday: Time Varies

    Your first FREE session will be a one-on-one consultation where we'll discuss your goals and set you up with a personalized workout program.
